Between March 15 and 18, the Gostiniy Dvor hosted MosExpoDental Exhibition. This year, in addition to the traditionally high organizational level and wide range of dental novelties, the event also became the launching point of the Second Olympiad for Dentistry Students, sponsored by UNIDENT.

As the first visitors entered the exhibition hall, the hosts ceremonially declared opening of the Olympiad. After greetings from participants of the contest, the jury and the audience, the students set about their contest assignments. At noon, all visitors and participants could witness the official opening of MosExpoDental.

Nevertheless, the UNIDENT stand was recognizable and prominent among most participants with standard showcases. On display here, we had the most advanced equipment from J. Morita (Emcia dental unit and computer tomography unit Veraviewepocs 2D), Kodak (inter-oral X-ray unit Kodak 2100 and radio visiography unit Kodak RVG6100), Castellini (dental units Skema 6 and Eli 5), Biolase (laser equipment iLase, Waterlase MD and Waterlase C100, Ezlase), Zhermack (equipment and materials for dental therapy and prosthetics), Unident Swiss (equipment and materials for disinfection), SIGER (dental units S30, Q200), NOVA (dental tools), S-Denti (apex locators), Dmetec (scalers, polymerization lights), Woodpecker (wide range of minute dental equipment), consumable materials Premier, 3M ESPE, Dentsply etc.

An unusually small number of visitors did not affect the good mood of the UNIDENT team: now we could pay attention to each visitor at the stand – a unique opportunity for exhibitions of such level.

In Restoration Dentistry nomination, young specialists in the second and two third places received large professional kits that will be useful when they begin their dental practice (the kits include new products from RC-Prep, Prime Dental, Enamel PRO, Uni-Fill, Uni-Pack, Denbur, Gelato). The student who won the contest received a curing light: Dr’s Lights Clever.

To the winners who shared the first place in the root canal treatment contest, gifts from UNIDENT were Nova tools and EMF-100 I-Root apex locator.
